SHIPPING FAQ

How much is shipping?

Currently, all shipping is FREE. Should this change however, the cost of shipping will depend on: the product ordered, its total weight and the shipping destination.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered.  Most items will arrive in about 1 – 3 weeks although it can take up to five weeks for order delivery. If you have not received your order after five weeks, please do contact us.  

Can I have a tracking number?

Tracking details will be supplied once your order has been shipped (please note: tracking details are only available for the US). Please allow at least 48 hours after we supply the tracking details for them to register on the system.

I ordered more than one item but have only received one... where's the rest of my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Often this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send multiple emails including: order confirmation, fulfillment notice and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.

What is your refund policy?

All orders can be canceled within 24 hours. We actually hold off on sending any orders for that period of time to allow for a cooling off period. If 24 hours have passed since you placed your order and you have received a shipping confirmation, this means the order has been sent and can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer want your order for any reason whatsoever, you can return the order to us for a full refund after 14 days of you have received the product, excluding any shipping costs.

We strive for a 100% satisfaction shopping experience so if you experience any issues at all, please get in touch with us and we will endeavor to resolve them as quickly as possible.

I entered my address in wrong! Can you please change it or replace my order?

If you contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, we can change your order once you provide the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for delivering orders to the wrong address.
